Updates in OBI4wan

The OBI4wan team continues to develop the online monitor. Every three weeks they launch new updates and functionalities. Updates have been made to OBI4wan again and we inform you about these developments.

Multiple images FB postWhen publishing content on a Facebook page, you can now add multiple images. Since Facebook does not allow third parties to publish a post with multiple images, we offer the option to make it an album. As soon as you publish a post with more than one image, it becomes an album on Facebook.

External newsletterWhen setting up a newsletter, extra options have been added to customise the newsletter. You can divide the categories yourself, indicate whether the 'open in webcare' link is sent along and you can use your own logo and organisation name in the mail. This makes the newsletter suitable for automatic distribution to customers or partners.

Font Size Digital Signage: You can now adjust the size of the titles and texts in a Narrowcasting. This makes the texts easy to read, even from a large distance. The font size is set in the settings screen.

Outputting KTOIf you use the Customer Satisfaction Survey, you have the option not to send out a KTO to everyone, but to send the survey to a certain percentage of contacts.
