OBI4wan update: social CRM via instagram!

Every three weeks OBI4wan New functionalities for your online monitor. The following updates have been implemented:

New menu structure:
The White main menu bar in the area has been redecorated! In the bar are now the 3 main modules of OBI4wan; Webcare, publishing and reports. The reports will be visible when you navigate to ' Reports ' with your mouse and no longer fill the entire menu bar. In the dropdown menu you will also find your most used reports on the left. By clicking on ' Show All reports ' at the bottom right you will find the overview page with all reports. In the dropdown menu you will also see the button to create a new report.

Comment/like instagram:
It is now also possible to respond to insta messages directly from OBI4wan! If you've linked an Insta account to the environment, you can post your comment in Webcare and like. You can always respond to a post, just like on Insta gram, but not on the comments below a post. If you have already linked an Insta account to the environment, you need to relink the account. We give a notification of this in all environments.

Top influencers table:
In the reports you find a new table under the category ' Authors '. By Adding the table ' Top influencers ' to your report, you can see who is the most influential Twitter accounts based on the selected search query. The table is sorted by most followers and also shows the account name, how much the account itself follows, and how many messages the account has placed.

4 digital signage formats:
We have created 4 standard formats that you can use for Digital signage. When you create a new screen via Digital Signage 2.0 You can choose the templates from the Template; General, Webcare, event and crisis.

Facebook reviews:
In addition to retrieving Facebook reviews, you can now also respond directly to these reviews and like the posts. In Addition, we also show the comments on Facebook reviews in the posts details when you click on a message in Webcare.
