OBI4wan update: Social CRM + three new review sites

OBI4wan has a number of new features added to the online monitor for social CRM and online data analysis.

Social CRM
With the new Social CRM module you have one central overview of your contact persons and customers. You simply add contacts together and manage their data with a simple click. Perhaps the most beautiful addition: send them a proactive WhatsApp! Note: Social CRM still has to be activated via settings > roles > rights.

Mobile app
The update to the includes new features:
* Respond to messages from WhatsApp
* Images are shown in the stream
* Publish directly to multiple accounts
* Manage your Webcare with multi-actions (e.g. complete)

Webcare
With the Customer satisfaction module you send an automated message after a webcare conversation. We are now also linking to the review sites, KiyOh and Klantenvertellen.nl.

Last but not least: you now adds simple emoticons to your social CRM comments!

Within A report, you can now add a text block. Use This block to add additional explanations or information to your report.
