Now also PR value in OBI4wan
An update is live put in OBI4wan. The following are available to you:
New features:
PR Value: To map the effect of a campaign, your organization name or a unique message, the PR value is added. This will clear how much it would cost if you would have had the same range, but then purchased through ads.
PR value in reports: there are two new charts to report on the PR value. In a pie chart you see the total value per search query and can easily make a comparison with other brands, campaigns or keywords. With the new column chart you can see the value per search query in a selected time period. In the current message table (webcare and reports) you can sort on PR value so you can immediately see which messages have the highest PR value.
Reopen cases: when a new message for an already closed case arrives, it can be automatically added to the case. You can specify how many hours a closed case can be reopened.
Tweaks:
Pop-up cases: the pop-up to create a case is cleaned up so that you only see the typing and the subject when it is filled in via the settings. Also, only one field for merging is shown.
IP whitelist: to keep control over who log in from any location is added to a field on the General settings to whitelist IP addresses. If there is an IP address in the corresponding field is filled in, it is only possible to log in from that location.
Right for app: there is a new right who is allowed to use the OBI4wan app. This right is automatically on but an administrator can determine which user can work with the app.
Limit DMs: The limit on the number of characters for a Twitter Direct Message is no longer active. As a result, long private messages are also fully retrieved and displayed.
Allocated messages app: You can see all allocated messages in the app as well.
