New functionality in OBI4wan
Over the past 3 weeks, the team at OBI4wan has again developed a number of new features. The things that went live this weekend:
Radio and TV data: through a link with Media Distillery Radio & TV sources can also be shown within OBI4wan. Through speech and image recognition it is possible to monitor these sources real time. The messages are converted into text and if your brand, campaign or competitor is mentioned, you see this message coming in.

Customize link preview: If you add a link to your Facebook message you have the option to upload another image. There is thus no suitable photo on the page, then you can add these yourself.
Insocial Reviews: The reviews that customers receive via the platform of Insocial can now also be retrieved. Via Webcare you respond to the reviews and you can easily handle them.
Logpad cases: In addition to the current 2 Logpaden, an additional Logpad has been added. This allows you to organize a case by topic in more detail. In addition to a main and subtopic, you can use a third logpad to hang a specific attribute on a case.
Tweaks: the past 3 weeks we have also done some tweaks to the online monitor. Some of these tweaks:
Avatars CRM/Publishing: In the content calendar and within the CRM, the avatars of Facebook accounts are also shown.
Auto suggest mentions: the automatic suggestions when you type an '@' in a message field works again quickly and completely.
Mail at: in the allocation of posts is also a mail with the allocated message sent.
