Monitor now also posts via RSS in OBI4wan
Over the last 3 weeks, development has been hard at work on a number of new features and tweaks. The most important updates we have done:
Pie chart casesUse the new pie chart to report on case topics! A new type of chart allows you to see at a glance all main and sub-topics and click through to identify any features.
RSS feeds: It is possible to add RSS feeds. The content of the added RSS feed is automatically fetched from the moment of linking.
Webcare status filterIn the webcare status table it is possible to filter on publication or action date. With publication date we look at the date and time a message was posted. With action date we look at the moment an action has been carried out on the message in webcare.
Length external newsletter: on the settings page of automatic reports you can set the length of messages. You have the choice to show the full length or a snippet of the message.
Spanish interfaceIn addition to Dutch, English, German and French, we now also offer our solution in Spanish.
In addition, there is this sprint time scheduled for a number of fixes and tweaks. Some important points:
Emoticons in DM's: Emoticons are also shown in private messages on Twitter.
Comments in conversationIf a Twitter DM is responded to from OBI4wan, we also show the responses in the conversation after the update.
RTV show: video/audio files at Radio and TV clips can be played in social CRM.
