De Stroomlijn is a young and fast-growing company that was founded in 2007. From 3 operational offices they are active in Mechelen, Ghent and Ypres. As a contact centre, they take care of the customer communication for 2 specific clients: Eandis and TMVW. Moreover, they are a subsidiary of both these major players in the energy and water sectors who want to be in constant contact with their customers.

Every day, a team of more than 250 enthusiastic employees is on standby. To help people at the other end of the line quickly and competently when they contact their utility company. For example, with questions about billing, meter readings, defects and work.
