Manage your Facebook albums with OBI4wan
The development of OBI4wan software for online monitoring, social CRM and data visualization is a continuous process. This week, the following business developed and live:
Manage Facebook albums: You can now add photos to existing Facebook albums. When selecting photos you have the option to create a new or existing album. With this extension it is also possible to manage your photo albums in OBI4wan.
* Colored tags: webcare tags you could all give a color to see at a glance which messages are relevant for any reason. The color of the tags is now also visible when messages in the reports and in the snelzoekscherm.
* Display messages in full: online and offline messages (offline data from Media Info Group) are now always shown in full. The character limit has been increased so that messages are always fully readable.
Link AFAS: A few weeks ago we updated the link with the CRM system of AFAS, AFAS Profit. By this it is possible to link social media conversations from OBI4wan also in the online version of AFAS profit at the right customer. It is now also possible to create a link with the local version of AFAS profit.
