New functionalities
The OBI4wan Team has revamped a number of things in webcare to increase the ease of use in reading and handling messages for you.

Lists filtering out
It is possible to filter out messages from accounts that you have added to a list in the online media monitor during a search. For example, if you have created a list of 'Spamaccounts' with Twitter accounts that cause pollution in webcare, you can filter out these accounts by adding NOT list:Spamaccounts to your search query.

Mail send via own email program
From now on you can also send e-mails from OBI4wan via your default e-mail program. If you choose to do so, you will automatically open your own e-mail program when you want to send a message to a colleague for example in Webcare. Under your user name, Choose General to set this up.

Message in response is not posted
In Webcare You get a message if you can't post a comment. This can happen, for example, if someone has deleted his account and message after asking a question. In the overview under Send to ' All messages ', you see these reactions with a red color. This flag means that your message is not placed on the respective platform.

LinkedIn responses in social CRM
We're also picking up comments from your linked LinkedIn pages. A response is displayed in the message details in Webcare when you click on the original message. If you set up a search on your LinkedIn company account, for example, account: "Social Sales", the responses will also be shown as new Webcareberichten. The account name is case-sensitive and if your account name consists of multiple words then these words will be between two quotes. For now, we only retrieve the messages, respond is not possible yet.
